Goals

1. Identify system gaps for youth, family and community and develop services to address gaps by utilizing a community assessment and evaluating available resources.
2. Increase community awareness and education about the efforts of the JJC and also the improvements in services.
3. Early identification and re-assessment of risk and enhance capacity to divert.
4. Maintain a culturally responsive system.
5. Maintain effective data management systems.
