With the increased media coverage on bullying, the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office put together presentations for parents, students, and teachers to discuss the reality of bullying. Within the past couple of years, staff from the SAO have gone out to various schools within Kane County to give these presentations. As the Juvenile Justice Council has since taken over the coordination of these presentations, please contact the coordinator (through the contact us section) for more information or if you would like to have one set up at your school. Below is a basic description of the topics covered in each presentation. The presentations are tailored to the specific schools and last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. The title of the presentation is S.T.O.P. (Stop Treating Other People…).
